LEGAL NOTICE
Sealed bid proposals in duplicate will be received in the office of the Service Director, City Building, Dover, Ohio until 2:00 P.M. on:
Tuesday, May 6, 2025
at which time all bids received will be opened and read for the following:
BITUMINOUS MATERIAL FOR THE PAVING OF CERTAIN
STREETS AND ALLEYS - APPROXIMATELY 10,315 TON
Specifications on which bids are requested are on file at the office of the Director
of Public Service in the City Building, 116 East Third Street, Dover, Ohio; (330) 343-6725. All bids shall comply with requirements of such specifications.
Each bid shall contain the full name of every person, firm or company interested
in the same and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) made payable to the Treasurer of the City of Dover, Ohio, as guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured.
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or any part thereof.
