The City of City of Dover sidewalk replacement program is designed to share the cost of sidewalk replacement between the City and the property owner. 

Property owners may submit an application to participate in the program.  Once approved, the program will allow the property owner to benefit from cost savings associated with the replacement of their sidewalk.
