Per an Ohio EPA requirement of all public water systems, the City of Dover Water Department will be distributing the attached Service Line Inventory to several households and are asking residents to complete and return it as soon as possible.

You may contact the Dover City Water Department at (330) 343-4116 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to have a Water Department employee fill out the form based on your responses or to ask any questions.
